…AND WE CONTACT YOU!
2 We will contact you in the manner you indicated in the contact form. We will contact you within 24 hours (unless you indicate otherwise). Then (if you like) we can make an appointment at a day/ time that suits you best. When the time comes, we will send you an invitation for a video-call. During this video-call you can tell us what your goals are and what you expect from us. And we can tell you how we work. We can also answer all your questions. This video call is of course free, no strings attached.
THE (COMPLETELY) FREE INTRODUCTION/ TRIAL.
3 We will send you an invitation for the video call on the agreed day and time. We usually use TEAMS (free video-conference app) in combination with WhatsApp (free WhatsApp WEB app) for this. Those programs are for a PC, Notebook or Laptop.

Web-based WhatsApp: web.whatsapp.com or download as a Program for Windows or Mac:  www.whatsapp.com/download  )
TEAMS installed as program: www.microsoft.com/nl-nl/microsoft-teams/download-app

You can also only use your mobile phone for the introductory video call. But when you take video lessons, it is easier if you have a computer, notebook or laptop with internet at your disposal. To study on our website yourself, you can use any device with an internet connection. Our Fast ‘N Snel website is compatible with all mobile devices.

AFTER THE TRIAL/ INTRODUCTION.
4 If you like the trial/introduction, we can schedule an appointment for your first lesson! We create a free personal account for you on the Fast ‘N Snel website. On this account you can find lessons, exercises, explanations and examples that you can use to get started. You can then prepare for your first lesson! An example of what such an account looks like can be found here.
